Help the 探花精选 furnish apartments for newcomers in your community! Each month, the 探花精选 welcomes hundreds of refugees to Northern California, walking alongside families as they rebuild their lives. 

Having a home of their own is the first step in their journey, but we need your help outfitting apartments with furniture and other household essentials. 

How to Help

We rely on donations from people like you to stock families' apartments with the essentials. Whether you rally your community to collect items, , or simply offload a few unused things around the house, your donations equips our newest neighbors for success!

Urgent Needs

In addition to the full list of items needed linked here, the 探花精选 in Turlock is in critical need of:

  1. New Bedding: Pillows, Queen & Twin "beds-in-a-bag," and throw blankets
  2. New Linens: Bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels
  3. New & Gently Used Bicycles: Bikes with locks and helmets

How to Donate

There are several easy ways to donate goods for newcomer families in your community, including:

  1. Amazon Wishlist: Make a purchase from and have it shipped directly to our office. 
  2. In-Person Drop-Off: Deliver your collected items to us Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at our Turlock office, located at 3446 N. Golden St. Blvd., Turlock, CA 95832.
