Brittney Cooper decided to start in December 2018. Her passion for auto detailing grew after managing detailing for more than 20 dealerships around the metro Atlanta area. Opportunities for new accounts developed fairly quickly and today, Brittney is proud to be one of the best female auto detailers in Atlanta.

I like to build relationships with my clients so they know I’m cleaning their vehicle as if it was my own but better!

Brittney started as the sole detailer of Shyne Auto Detail with only a few consistent clients. But networking with different clients along the way in her journey has given her opportunities that she didn’t foresee when starting her company—and thanks to word-of-mouth, the company has grown to employ three detailers, and looks forward to more growth. “I am known for my great customer service,” Brittney shared. “I like to build relationships with my clients so they know I’m cleaning their vehicle as if it was my own but better! I am a great believer that customer service can go a long way, which will always stand out in a city where there are small to major companies doing the same thing.”

Since the launch of our Microenterprise Development (MED) program in January 2018, the ̽ѡ in Atlanta has supported refugee and immigrant entrepreneurs to open 72 new businesses and worked with 96 individuals to strengthen their existing businesses.

Due to the success of the ̽ѡ in Atlanta’s MED program, the organization successfully secured federal funding from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to launch the (CNPP), a two-year initiative to support up to 600 diverse small business owners across Georgia in recovering from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a continued focus on helping refugee and immigrant business owners, this additional SBA funding also enables the ̽ѡ in Atlanta to serve women- and Black-owned small businesses and individuals from historically marginalized communities, further expanding our reach in the metro Atlanta area.

The ̽ѡ in Atlanta’s CNPP program is designed to help diverse small business owners to access the programs and support they need to re-build and grow thriving businesses as part of America’s economic recovery.

As the U.S. continues its economic recovery, there are a variety of federal, state and local opportunities to access small business grants and relief. And as a client of ̽ѡ’s MED Program, our team regularly connects Shyne Auto Detail to relief opportunities, as well as marketing workshops and networking events. Brittney is one of the many Georgia entrepreneurs proudly emerging from the pandemic with her head held high, and is optimistic for what the future holds. “Obstacles can be tough but motivating to look back and see what I have overcome,” Brittney shared. “When it comes to detailing, when you bring the dirtiest car back to life, it is one of the most rewarding feelings.”
