The Ramadan boxes filled with culturally appropriate food.

Ramadan Mubarak! April 2 marked the start of Ramadan for many ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ clients and community members. In preparation for the holiday, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in Richmond, in partnership with ICNA Relief, packed and delivered Ramadan boxes filled with culturally appropriate food to over 50 client families. Additionally, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ supporters at Capital One’s Asia Business Resource Group generously packed and donated over 50 Ramadan gift bags for teens and children. ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ is grateful to have such dedicated community partners helping to wish newly arrived refugee families a happy holiday season during their first celebration in their new community.
