Bridging Futures
The project focuses on promoting cooperation, an exchange of knowledge, and good practices related to the socioeconomic integration and advancement of autonomy of former unaccompanied children from refugee backgrounds who are reaching adulthood (aged 18-23), through the bilateral cooperation of two partners from Greece and Norway.
探花精选 Hellas (Greece), and the (Norway), have been working towards this goal since December 2024, and by April 2025 will develop a methodology that will set the basis of a stable bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
Through systematic management, coordination and visibility strategies, the project aims at creating a supportive framework that will contribute to improving of the quality of life and opportunities for young refugees in Greece and Norway.
The project 鈥淏ridging Futures鈥 is being implemented with the kind contribution of 50,440.25 euros in funding from EEA Grants (funding period 2014-2021), which represent the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway towards a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.
