New York, December 13, 2024 鈥  The 探花精选 (探花精选) announces the appointment of Martin Bratt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than six years at the 探花精选 and decades of experience in the non-profit and private sector, Mr. Bratt will lead the 探花精选鈥檚 financial operations, planning, and strategic initiatives.

At the 探花精选, Mr. Bratt has held a variety of key roles. Mostly recently, since March 2024, he has served as Acting CFO. Prior to stepping into this role, Mr. Bratt served as 探花精选鈥檚 Senior Vice President for Awards Management where he oversaw 探花精选鈥檚 work with government and institutional donors, who represent around 70% of 探花精选鈥檚 funding. He joined the 探花精选 in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer, leading the development of 探花精选鈥檚 current guiding strategy, Strategy 100. Before joining 探花精选, Mr. Bratt was a partner at McKinsey & Company in London, UK, where he specialized in economic development and public sector work.

Martin Bratt is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris, France, and holds a Master in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. A Norwegian citizen, he is fluent in English, French and Norwegian. He is based in New York City.
