Humanitarian actors recognize the lack of standard practice on the inclusion of older people and people with disabilities in humanitarian response as a current and critical gap in the sector. In recent years, the humanitarian sector has begun to more intentionally address these challenges. In response, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ has developed this Inclusive Client Responsiveness Guidance aims to address gaps in the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s Client Responsive Programming specifically to strengthen inclusion of people with disabilities and older people.

Toolbox - Inclusive Client Responsiveness: Focus on People with Disabilities and Older People

The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ has received funding from the World Bank to Support Beirut's Immediate Social Recovery Services. The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ will implement material measures and actions so that the project is implemented in accordance with the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and the Environmental and Social Standards (ESS).  

The purpose of this document is to present the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s approach to institutionalize accountability to affected populations (AAP) across all Country Programs, sectors and through the organizational strategy.
