Tenzin was the Monitoring and Evaluation intern for the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in the NY Education & Learning department. In this role, Tenzin supported the Newcomer Youth Summer Academy (NYSA) program, including supporting the Program Director and Dean of Instruction and Curriculum. He assisted in reviewing program academic assessment tools, training Lead Teachers on conducting assessments, analyzing data, and disseminating pre and post-assessment for reports. 

Between 2019 and 2021, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ partnered with Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt and Tufts University for the Finance in Displacement (FIND) research project, which interviewed over 280 forcibly displaced persons (FDPs) in Jordan, Kenya, Uganda and Mexico. The final report brings to light the challenges FDPs face in accessing economic opportunities and puts forth a financial health framework for measuring progress against these challenges.

On Wednesday, June 29, 2024, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in Denver hosted its annual Colorado Refugee Advocacy Day Open House. The event brought together clients, resettlement staff, and county and state legislature members to engage in discourse on some of the main challenges facing refugee and asylum-seeking populations around Colorado.
