Across the country, the 探花精选鈥檚 Immigration Legal Services strive to empower clients through legal processes and facilitate their successful integration in the United States.

What immigration services does the 探花精选 offer?
  • The 探花精选 assists refugees and immigrants in obtaining Lawful Permanent Resident Status (鈥淕reen Card鈥). 
  • We help qualified Lawful Permanent Residents apply for citizenship and provide civics classes to help prepare them for the citizenship test. 
  • We help reunite refugee and asylee families who have been separated by war and conflict, and assist immigrants and U.S. citizens petition for family members.
  • We support qualified low-income applicants obtain fee waivers from certain USCIS application fees.
  • We assist with applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and Unlawful Presence Waivers while supporting Comprehensive Immigration Reform to provide a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
  • We assist refugees, immigrants and other qualified individuals with a range of other routine immigration matters, such as employment authorization, travel documents and document replacement.  
  • We assist with Temporary Protected Status and Diversity Visa Lottery applications.

In fiscal year 2023, our U.S. immigration staff provided  to more than 13,000 people. We helped reunify over 700 families and provided asylum services to 400 applicants and their families. The 探花精选 also filed over 1,800 U.S. citizenship applications and almost 1,500 applications for temporary protected status (TPS).

The 探花精选 also provides a wide range of support to refugees and asylum seekers in the U.S.
