The 探花精选 in Turlock is seeking volunteers with a wide range of skills to help plan our 2025 fundraising gala, World Refugee Day Celebrations, and other 探花精选 events in the coming year.Volunteers on the Event Committee meet monthly with 探花精选 staff at our local office to plan and execute events for the community and for 探花精选 clients.

Turlock Office
Time Commitment:
10 hours/month, more the month of an event
Responsibilities May Include:
路Meet monthly with other volunteers and 探花精选 staff to plan events
路Develop the vision, scope and theme for events
路Design digital and print materials for events in accordance with 探花精选 brand guidelines
路Solicit sponsorships, raffle/auction items, and in-kind event support from local businesses and individuals
路Assist the 探花精选 in marketing events through traditional media, social media, flyers and word of
mouth
路Attend event including set-up and clean-up
Skills/Qualifications:
路Experience organizing events or parties
路Strong organizational skills
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路Robust social network and/or knowledge of Turlock business or philanthropic
communities
路Graphic design, photography or videography skills
路Availability during regular business hours to attend meetings
