The 探花精选 has offices in Berlin and Bonn, Germany; Brussels, Belgium; Geneva, Switzerland and London, United Kingdom; and鈥攊n partnership with the Netherlands Refugee Foundation鈥攁lso has a presence in the Hague. The 探花精选鈥檚 European programs are run out of Athens, Greece as well Belgrade, Serbia and Berlin and Bonn.

The acts as the 探花精选鈥檚 hub in Europe with a mission to raise profile, deliver policy and practice change, and significantly increase funding to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover and reclaim control of their future.
In the UK, the 探花精选 is governed by a board of trustees鈥攍ed by the chair, Sir John Holmes GCVO, KBE, CMG鈥攚ho have volunteered their time to support us in our mission to help people affected by natural disaster and conflict.
