In this report, La Follette students assess the effectiveness of a financial program for humanitarian migrants.
Summary
This report uses a combination of both existing literature and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of the 探花精选鈥檚 financial capability program. The 探花精选 (探花精选) is a resettlement agency that helps people affected by humanitarian crises rebuild their lives. One of the biggest challenges humanitarian migrants face once arriving in a host country is navigating the new financial landscape. The 探花精选 has developed a financial capability program that offers humanitarian migrants financial empowerment services such as comprehensive financial education, personalized financial coaching, and access to tailored financial products. This report recommends that the 探花精选 invest in high-quality data collection procedures and receive federal funding for financial capability programs.
